What if my poster arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your poster or frame arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately via email with images of the damaged item(s). We’ll assess the situation and help resolve it as soon as possible.

We will do everything we can to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase and that your framed poster arrives in perfect condition.

Can I return my framed poster if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return your order within 90 days of ordering, but you must ensure that both the frame and poster are in their original, unopened packaging. If you decide to return your item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from your refund.
